We live in a world where honesty and integrity are all but forgotten. Most of our leaders are corrupt and if we are to survive as a human race, the remainder of us must unite under the banner of love and start teaching eternal laws and truths that will set us free from all this madness.

Remaining free from religion, Billion Dollar Church (BDC) embraces and teaches principles found in the Bible and other religious texts, which can be summed up in the age-old concept of people being of one mind and one heart, having morals and doing good unto each other.

Billion Dollar Church teaches eternal principles which have the ability to transform lives in a positive manner when put into practice. Rather than telling members what to believe, we leave it to the individual to decide for themselves if something we teach is literal, figurative or if it happened at all.

Our Primary Focus is Upon the Principles of Faith

There are three universal laws whereby everyone can have everything they desire. The first is the Law of Faith.

Matthew 21:22 says, all things ye shall ask in faith believing, ye shall receive. If that is true and you knew how to ask, wouldn’t that set you free? You could ask for good health. You could ask for abundant wealth and you could even ask for loving relationships.

You have probably never heard anyone talk about this kind of faith, let alone how to have it. One of the main purposes of our Billion Dollar Church seminars is to teach you what faith is and how to have the kind of faith that will give you whatever you ask for.

We only hope that you will apply these principles toward doing good because there is already enough evil in the world.

Why Use Faith to Create Wealth?

We believe that most of the human dilemma is caused by lack of money. Lack of money causes stress, which destroys health and relationships and frequently leads to the consumption of alcohol and drugs. It can also lead to theft and sometimes even murder.

The earth has the ability to produce enough food, building materials and money to give every man, woman and child a comfortable living. Then why don’t we do it? Because the people are no longer of one mind and one heart.

Why a Church?

Donations are traditional among most of the churches and pursuant to the United States Constitution, Supreme Court, other court rulings and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, donations cannot be regulated.

The Constitution of the United States explicitly separates Church and State. Churches are an entity unto themselves, unless of course they apply for a license from the state, which then creates a contractual agreement with the state which the church is bound to obey. Billion Dollar Church is a private contract, not a corporation organized under the laws of the state.

In the United States, the First Amendment to the Constitution states, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

The Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 prohibits the federal government from substantially burdening any aspect of religious observance or practice, unless such imposition satisfies strict scrutiny. Pub. L. No. 103-141, 107 Stat. 1488, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb through 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb-4.

Federal Law Protects Religious Liberty

INVITATION:

When inviting people to join our community, we ask that you invite individuals of good moral character whom you trust. Invite them to listen to one of our seminars where we teach the principles of faith as they apply to creating abundant wealth, radiant health and incredible relationships.

DONATIONS:

Although giving is a demonstration of faith, there is never a requirement to give or receive donations in order to be a part of our BDC Community. We welcome anyone who wants to learn the principles of faith that can transform anyone who cares to utilize them.

Twenty percent of the donations we receive will be retained by the church for overhead and to support various orphanages and charities. Eighty percent of donations will be used to support members and visitors who have needs and projects which they cannot fund by themselves. These distributions will be in the form of Flare Tokens via a Smart Contract on the Blockchain. Flare Tokens are easily converted into spendable cash in most world currencies.

Billion Dollar Church should not be construed as a money-making opportunity.

Membership:

The only formality for being a member of Billion Dollar Church is to say that you are one. Moreover, we treat members and visitors equally, including the ability to make and receive donations. In order to do so, an individual must create a username and password to login to our software.

Individuals are strictly prohibited from having multiple logins.

Members and visitors agree to always maintain the security and privacy of our Global BDC Community by never inviting a prospective member to a “Money Making Opportunity” or publicly posting anything about our Wealth Creation Vehicle to social media or by means of mass marketing, mass email, etc. Plenty of Church approved materials will be provided through our Billion Dollar Mind Portal which everyone can have access to for free.

In order to get access to our BDM portal, you must be invited by someone who already has a portal. He or she can provide you with a link. Our portal provides an abundance of transformational training as well as materials for advertising and posting invitations to our Free Wealth Creation Seminars.

Term:

The term of this Agreement will begin upon registering for a login to our dashboard and the agreement is perpetual.

Termination:

This Agreement will be terminated whenever an individual is in breach of this Agreement.

Term: Mutual Assertions and Disclaimer

The parties hereby agree that they are entering into this agreement based upon their right to Contract as affirmed by Article I, Section 10, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution. That law is further defined by Cornell Law School, Legal Information Institute:

“Freedom of contract is the ability of parties to bargain and create the terms of their agreement as they desire without outside interference from the government. It is the opposite of government regulation.”

The parties further agree that regarding this agreement, neither party is acting in the capacity of a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor, that the content and information provided on the BDC website and platform are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice, as an investment or a security, nor as a crowdfunding event.

Miscellaneous:

1. This Agreement can be modified in writing by the Steering Committee of BDC.
2. This Agreement does not create or imply any relationship in agency or partnership between the individual and BDC.
3. Headings are inserted for the convenience of the parties only and are not to be considered when interpreting this Agreement.
4. If any term, or provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, it is the parties’ intent that such provision be reduced in scope by the court only to the extent deemed necessary by that court to render the provision reasonable and enforceable and the remainder of the provisions of this Agreement will in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated as a result.

Final Agreement:

Any verbal or written representations which may have been made by any party to this Agreement which in any way is inconsistent with this final written Agreement is declared to be of no value by this Agreement. Only the written terms of this Agreement will bind the parties.
